Ratings and reviews

First time I used it, the app accepted my info and paying was easy. Just now I tried to locate an area using their map feature and could not get it to work. The area my car is in doesn't have individual meters, just pay stations with a number per block. If the app worked as claimed, I wouldn't have had to go to where my car was parked in order to pay.

New version feels massively clonky in its workflow compared to the old app. I used to be able to open up the app right into the map view and start my parking costs process but now it takes more time and clicks to finish this up. For example when starting the app, it needs a few seconds to 1. realize GPS is working and 2. get into map mode since I need to click for that first. This needs to be done as quick as in the app before since I don't see any benefit at all as it is right now. 2023, still

If I could give it no stars I would. Had the app on my old phone, it worked fine. Recently got a new phone, downloaded the app and won't let me sign in, keeps telling me my details are incorrect, then when I try to set a new account up, it tells me there's already an account with this phone number, yeah mine!!!!! You'd think with the money they take off people for parking they'd be able to make a decent app. Absolute waste of time.
