Ratings and reviews

This app is ridiculous. The interface is confusing, and is not very user friendly on Android. The login password has to be changed every so often and so remembering it is a pain since it has to change so frequently. Can't use biometrics on my phone, also my fingerprints get messed up due to the nature of my job. If the login and interface were easier this would be a better app. At least create an option to opt out of constant password changes.

This app used to work fine, but this past month or so it's nearly impossible to clock in or out. It will say location in range, but sit there trying to load the next screen forever. I've been having to send manual punches for a while now. Other people on Android seem to have the same issues as I do. I have strong server at work on a higher end android phone (S26 Ultra) with 0 other apps having any sort of issue. Fix this broken app, this is beyond annoying.

I dont know if it's company connectivity, security issues or what, but this app takes several minutes (not seconds) to recognize my punches. When I told payroll admin about it, she empathized but didnt say if anyone else was having same issue. Same on a brand new Verizon company tablet and a Samsung 22 Ultra w/512Gb of memory. I close all other apps so that it can have all the RAM either device has. Same results. I definitely cannot be in a hurry. Howevet, it is very convenient & accurate
