Ratings and reviews

My PayPo account recently stopped working. I have used it for over three years without any issues. I was asked to complete a verification, which I did, but after that, the account never worked again. I don’t know if this is because I am a foreigner. I later read reviews on this page and saw that many foreigners are complaining about the same issue, even though my residence card is valid for another two years. I wrote to customer support, and someone named Maksymilian sent me a generic response.

I think it's time to introduce the English version of apps.

Really great and easy-to-use payment app. Everything works smoothly, and the PayPo card option is super convenient. It would be even better if there was an option to register by using a residence card—this would make it more accessible for long-term EU residents. Hope to see that feature added soon!
