This app has no effective way of reporting an order as not received or incomplete. Many fast food apps have this problem, but this one is worst. I'm uncertain how I would even start to get my money back short of going to the physical Checkers itself. Very frustrating. Additionally, the app is slow and has a clunky UI. Usable but far from ideal.

Placing an order was extremely user friendly on this app, unlike the apps for other restaurants. Quick and simple. The app was able to tell me if a menu item was unavailable at the location where I was putting in the order. Customizing items was also super easy. Having the app saved me time, and money thanks to the deals and reward points.

The app is fine. Generic, no bells or whistles, but it doesn't have to have any of that to do what it needs to do. However, my local Rallys can't seem to grasp the concept of online orders. They forget the drink(s) EVERY SINGLE TIME. And it always feels like a burden to them when you pull up at the 2nd lane window (designated lane for online/mobile orders). Finally, the app should stop quoting times. It quotes 5 minutes, it takes 15. It quotes 7 minutes, it takes 25.
