Not having to wait through the regular line is nice. I wish they processed debit/credit transactions faster. Sometimes, it takes several days, and it's thrown my account off balance. The food is generally good, as is the service, and the speed. Any time there has been an issue, management took care of it promptly and usually gives a little extra.

Worst app ever. Rewards don't apply properly. Going back and forth adds extra items. Customer service can't even understand the problem. If you push the "edit my order" button, it takes you to contact the store, which number is disconnected. The store tells me they have no control over anything on the app. I will never be ordering on the app again. After 4 tries, I'm done.

They don't make you food until you get there. So ordering online does nothing. The big burford isn't big anymore and is much smaller than it used to be. I ordered online and waited 25 mins for my food. The process took almost a full hour to get my food. It's fast food slow. It's more expensive and they portions are much smaller. I'll be going elsewhere. what should have been 5-10mins took an hour.
