Works mostly but definitely has room to improve. Several items are missing to select like mozzarella sticks, chili dogs, double checker burgers. You may be able to get these items in special combos but can't be selected on their own. Purchase history and refund requests also needs to be improved. edit: stopped by a new Rallys I had problems with. still no way to report issues with an order.

If I can give it 0stars, I would. The app is basically pointless. If you want to just put in your order and get points for putting in an order, then that's all this app. Does there's no way for you to contact anybody if your order is wrong? There's no way for you to get a refund if they something in your order. Sometimes, it'll allow you to put in order. When the store is closed or not accepting mobile orders, it'll take your money. And the order will never get to the store. scam!!!

Placed an order online for PICKUP but it claimed I was using DOORDASH FOR DELIVERY, simply because I added a new payment card during checkout. The app then cancelled the order after accepting the payment (though it also said I should receive a refund within 3 days [!] ) I then had to place a new order at the store since I was less than a mile away when it cancelled, but I wasn't able to include the app/online deal with my order. Pickup should NEVER switch to delivery!
