Not having to wait through the regular line is nice. I wish they processed debit/credit transactions faster. Sometimes, it takes several days, and it's thrown my account off balance. The food is generally good, as is the service, and the speed. Any time there has been an issue, management took care of it promptly and usually gives a little extra.

This app needs work. I use it because I like the convenience of not having to order with the robot at the speaker. But I'm never able to apply rewards to my order even though they are available at checkout. Whenever I order, there's a glitch where my checkout screen refreshes, and I have to uninstall and reinstall to stop it. We should also be able to request things like ketchup on the sandwich or no ice in drinks. I like Checkers, but honestly this app is not worth the headache sometimes.

Can't redeem rewards, the app just teases you with them. It would be better not to offer them at all than to have customers go through all the trouble of adding whatever is necessary to meet the requirements, only to be constantly met with locked rewards options that should be available at checkout according to the instructions right there in the app. Pretty frustrating!
