Not having to wait through the regular line is nice. I wish they processed debit/credit transactions faster. Sometimes, it takes several days, and it's thrown my account off balance. The food is generally good, as is the service, and the speed. Any time there has been an issue, management took care of it promptly and usually gives a little extra.

The new app functions well, but they completely removed the coupons. The older version had tons of great coupons, which was my main motivator for eating at Checkers. Removing these coupons is incredibly anti-consumer, and I don't plan on eating there again, despite having done so dozens of times over the years. Very disappointing to see this move.

So frustrating. After jumping thru all the the hoops of signing up etc. I place a mobile order and it was immediately canceled. Their text message explained the restaurant could not fulfill my order. I ordered a Big Bufford!? Off to the competition I go. Updated to add in the 0.5 seconds it took to cancel my order they were able to charge my card, and hours later they haven't reversed the charges. Very dei app.
