Ratings and reviews

Useless app for ordering online. EVERYTIME I try to order online, when I get to the point that I'm checking out and it asks what time I want to pick it up, it says the store location is closed. It's very frustrating, so I end up having to order through the website on the internet instead of the app.

No integration with Google Pay. The credit card "scan-to-store" function looks like it works, but doesn't. My last order jumped between the app and the website's ordering platform and neither registered I had an order, so I ended up scrapping using the app and I used the website. Do better.

Every time I try to order in the app it tells me that my order can't be ready before such and such time. So I change the time and then it tells me "due to the nature of the items I ordered" they need more time to make my order. I'm not sure why, but all I was trying to order was a salad... very frustrating that I can't use the app for ordering.
