The app will not let me place an order. After logging in, I selected "Order", followed by my address (for delivery). Instead of getting the menu, I get the main app screen again. When I try to order again, there is no address even though an address is on file on my profile/account. Already tried clearing the cache, clearing data, restarted phone, uninstall/reinstall, and logging out with no change!

Great Pizza terrible app! Difficult to navigate! App won't save your store, it won't find your nearest location by zip code only with your full address. App kept adding toppings to my pizza which I didn't ask for & weren't there before getting to the checkout page. Once you finally get to the checkout page and discover the order's wrong there's no way to go back & make a change. The only option is to back out and go through the entire lengthy find my store process again. Finally gave up!

Between the app *and* the website, needs a LOT of work. The app can't handle a dine-in order, and if you walk in there's no way to get the Rewards number from the app. You need the Rewards card. And the website has no way to record an order against the Rewards after the fact. Good pizza, but their Thank You Rewards leaves a lot to be desired. :(
