Almost nothing about this app is intuitive or user friendly. Even after logging into the app & finalizing my order it asked for my full name. What?? I'm logged in! Don't get me started on how convoluted it was to redeem rewards! When I added the tip the "continue" button changed from greyed out to blue but wouldn't respond. 🤦♂️
