Ratings and reviews

I made my first purchase with zilt and Amazon. They did not split the payment into four payments. They took the full ammount. Once I added up the several amounts picking out of my account. The total was actually more than the amount I spent. If you're supposed to be able to take it out in payments of four, there six transactions in an hour and a half? Beware. Be warned Be careful because customer service just repeated when's first payment is paid? My amount that I can use will be upped.

Complete trainwreck. Ordered something through Amazon using the info given by app. Apparently it didnt process correctly and rather than making 4 payments of the things purchased, Im being charged for a fraction of the order that didnt even process. Their help desk is uninformed and unhelpful. Only reason they got 1 star is so I could leave the review.

Garbage 🗑. This started out as a great app until recently. First, this is not "pay in 4" anymore. You are now required to pay 1/2 of your purchase up front, and then they will split the balance in 4. Then last week, I started getting alerts asking me to approve transactions in another country. Support was incredibly incompetent & then they lied & said that the problem they initially told me wasn't real, was fixed. I'm still getting alerts btw, so...they did nothing.
