Terrible UI experience. Opting out of marketing preferences is arduous and punishing. You need to go 4 layers deep to even find the marketing options, then there are 3 sections, each with 11 options. Rather than just a radio button you have to go in to each one, turn it off, hit save, confirm the change, then go back to do the next one.

Can't login at all, waste of time! Could Canada bank company learning how to design they are app both security, reliable and convenience? I have multiple bank acc from different countries, but Canada banks are the worst, just like the third world conpany!

The app has an annoying banner on the top of my accounts reminding me to update phone number and email. The perimeter of that banner flickers when you scroll. Please remove the banner. The USD Account can't be used for much. Their new debit card design has not been updated for Google Pay Wallet.
