Ratings and reviews

Whenever I use the back button to go back to my home page I am getting a pop-up notification that asks if I want to continue making a payment, I've already made a payment this month so it's a little frustrating that this pop-up keeps popping up when I'm trying to do other stuff. I keep getting calls from someone trying to give me a loan, I can't turn them off without blocking PennyMac fully, earlier a lady said she had to discuss something important about my account & it was sales, Ridiculous!!

It's frustrating. I set up auto pay in March, but it didn't draw for April. The app keeps responding that no payment is due when, in fact, payment is/was due, and that I've now incurred a late fee. Hopefully the autopay starts correctly next month (May), as shown in the app. I'm not filled with confidence with this bank.

the app makes me manually sign in every single time, including emailing me a one time verification code each time I open the app. Pennymac also claims they work with all major financial institutions but have consistently failed to connect with my bank, JP Morgan Chase. this almost resulted in late payments and has never been resolved. I've had to resort to transferring funds to another bank and then making my mortgage payment. customer service was not helpful either.
