Ratings and reviews

Whenever I use the back button to go back to my home page I am getting a pop-up notification that asks if I want to continue making a payment, I've already made a payment this month so it's a little frustrating that this pop-up keeps popping up when I'm trying to do other stuff. I keep getting calls from someone trying to give me a loan, I can't turn them off without blocking PennyMac fully, earlier a lady said she had to discuss something important about my account & it was sales, Ridiculous!!

The app does what it is supposed to, but the UI is cluttered and difficult to navigate. The biggest cause for the drop in rating, however, is the complete and utter lack of ability to save any login info. I can understand not holding a password, for security reasons, but the username? My wife's CGM app requires a phone lock to be active for security before it lets you use it, not sure why you can't implement something similar. Shockingly, the website is less frustrating than the app.

PennyMac is an absolutely terrible company. The app never worked correctly so I uninstalled it because it was always telling me my credentials were wrong and it wouldn't even send the email to change my password. Also kept sending multiple verification links which rarely worked despite having my phonea set to save my info. Their home website is just as bad. If I could get a different lender I would never use these guys again.
