Ratings and reviews

Whenever I use the back button to go back to my home page I am getting a pop-up notification that asks if I want to continue making a payment, I've already made a payment this month so it's a little frustrating that this pop-up keeps popping up when I'm trying to do other stuff. I keep getting calls from someone trying to give me a loan, I can't turn them off without blocking PennyMac fully, earlier a lady said she had to discuss something important about my account & it was sales, Ridiculous!!

App is horrible, the payment section won't load since the update. The payment section on the website doesn't work either so how are we supposed to pay our mortgages that are due in 2 days???? You are the WORST mortgage services on the planet!! Edit - you post that you can't reproduce it, but your customer service says it's a known issue. Stop lying for once!

The app does what it is supposed to, but the UI is cluttered and difficult to navigate. The biggest cause for the drop in rating, however, is the complete and utter lack of ability to save any login info. I can understand not holding a password, for security reasons, but the username? My wife's CGM app requires a phone lock to be active for security before it lets you use it, not sure why you can't implement something similar. Shockingly, the website is less frustrating than the app.
