I'm done! this app is terrible I have only received points one time. When I try to redeem, it states no points redeemable. The last two times I tried to order 3 identicle basic pizzas and the app would not let me add to cart without picking a number of options which I didn't want. the first time I had to pick no cut as I didn't want any of the other options. Today I tried the same order and got the same response yet I could not even access the options. Pathetic. I guess hello new pizza joint!

The app is difficult to use. It doesn't give you the same deals the stores are currently promoting. And it makes it hard to order a simple cheese pizza in the "double up deal " it forces you to order extra cheese as a topping but I don't want extra cheese, the normal amount is fine. The app needs a lot of work. look at how easy it is to order from the Papa John's app. extremely easy, so I'll rather order from them instead because Peter Piper Pizza's app is difficult. Fix the app

Pizza was good. Ordering and picking up horrible. While ordering, order was too large so transferred to someone else, had to repeat everything. Arrived about 15 minutes early. Was told our order must have been at another location. Went to the other location, no order and they did not know their own phone number. Went back to first store when my wife noticed our pizzas on out shelf. Tried to get my $5 club join discount, was told it took, did not get it. Not going back
