Ratings and reviews

Toothbrush cannot and will not connect via Bluetooth. I feel like it's some pseudo science to just "wave it around and it'll connect" like the app says. I see it in the list of Bluetooth devices discoverable, but it prompts for a code and never connects. Bluetooth is a handshake. The device should have a pairing mode, you know, like how every other single Bluetooth device works? This doesn't seem to do that. It's just enabled or disabled on the toothbrush.

It was okay until the underpressure notification was added. Enough with all the flashing between under and overpressure! It's ridiculous. It's bad enough how inaccurate the telematics are, now it's infuriating with all the constant nagging. Get the basics right before throwing on fluff. At least give us the option to turn off certain "warning" messages. I completely stopped using the app.

Frustrating. I keep having to connect the toothbrush every time I use it. continuously disconnects. sometimes even when connected it doesn't log the data and the timer won't start. pointless features if you can't make them work easy. Tried calling customer support and all they do is walk you in continuous circles. Why say "press 1 to speak with someone" when you guys just set the prompts up to repeat the same options over and over. Horrible support service.
