I got their One Blade shaver by mail. No manual or documentation. QR code on the inside of the box, offering you to "discover.. it's benefits.. styling tips" Sounds nice. Go to the app. "Log in, or sign up" I bought a shaver, not a membership. I think it's a good idea on it's own, it's not the biggest deal, it's just bad form, leading to this app and not just up front giving operating info, with no friction. It could at least direct me to web for manual. Poorly thought out consumer experience.

The MUST have an account to learn how to use a device you paid for is simply unpleasant. A very ugly attempt to retain customers

Can't connect my device. Selecting it from the list doesn't do anything and you can only call the support my phone. Awful.

What's new

We've launched Daily Care into some new countries so our grooming community gets that bit bigger.
Apart from that, we've made some tweaks that allow you to better manage your devices and we've updated the analytics system so we can learn more about what you like (and don't like) to help us create better future features.
We've also added more video support to help you get the most out of your device.
