The Dashboard connects to your Sonicare toothbrush to collect your brushing habits. Each day and week, you will receive an accurate, easy-to-read report, giving you the brushing insights you need to improve and maintain your oral health.

Automatic brush head reordering service
Always have a fresh brush head when you need one. As the Sonicare app monitors your brush head’s usage, the reordering service reminds you when you need a replacement, and can automatically place an order so it arrives just in time. The brush head smart reordering service is available in the United States, United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy and Japan.

Model HX9985/18 First week it worked great, however it has not been great as the app no longer follows the brush strokes when brushing. It's not syncing like it's supposed to and when brushing it does its own pattern, while not accurately showing the brushing movements. I have rest and deleted and reinstall the app and it's still doing the same thing. 👎🏿👎🏿👎🏿

3d tooth map needs work where it should account for out of order brushing. The app seems to assume we should brush as it points out in order but it doesn't track well outside of that. As a user who doesn't want to look at the app at all times when brushing, it would be great to account for this and allow touch up to manage the cleanup step. There are points where it does miss the inner linings of the teeth and I do have to wait for the route to come up again during touchup to address

It's really not good at the key thing it's supposed to do: detect your brushing habits. This could be an issue with the hardware instead of the app, but nine times out of ten the app has an incorrect idea about where in the mouth the brushing is currently happening. Don't bother, go with a dumb electric toothbrush instead.
