I tried ordering takeaway through the app, but my order wouldn’t register. After multiple attempts, it kept showing “order not found.” I had to go to the store to order manually and ended up waiting in line for almost an hour for my pizza. Please work on fixing this issue. edit: the pizza's great though

shouldve add a second layer when ordering so customer need to double check the order details, if not, please just add a contact person for each stores or chat option so once ordered the customer could contact the store. its annoying everytime that we cant really contact any stores to confirm or revise the order, mishaps happens, give a CHOICE.

if you didnt give access to phonebook, you cant place order WITHOUT ANY ERROR NOTIF. You have to find the problem your self. and the order tracking is not accurate. my order labeled DELIVERED while still on the way, make me call customer service. i thought i send to wrong address.
