worst customer support for a app. today is the forth day i am trying to contact support regarding a problem. i tried sending the same problem for 4 days and now my app wont even open. what should i do. you should add more of customer support members. i am writing this again after trying another 3 days. give me solution for this one. please give me a solution for this problem now two months when this happened. why nobody didnt even reply to this?

The PickMe Driver app has some major issues. There is no charge for the distance traveled to pick up customers, which causes fuel and time losses for drivers. Also, there is no proper waiting charge when customers ask drivers to wait at places like supermarkets or pharmacies. This reduces drivers’ overall earnings. The app is not very driver-friendly in its current state. Adding fair pickup charges and waiting fees would greatly improve the experience and make it more sustainable for drivers.
