Worst company ever. They reduce the amount the driver earns in every way they can and even cut the commission more than the amount they say. There is no exact amount to pay for 1km, Sometimes the amount shown on the app is not the amount shown to the customer.. Then there is no way to call their customer care, they even remove it from the app.. When we call them, they say this is not a business, it is a social service, so we cannot make a profit.

Worst driver app in Sri Lanka. They are charging 25% of commission + Rs.20.50 for each trip on a motorcycle. Mostly the pickup locations are more than 3Km which is not included in the hire. Short distance pick up location hires are very rare. Also, the hire amount will not show in the app until we end the trip. Only the pickup and drop off locations are mentioned there for rides. For Flash hires, It's showing the amount in the beginning and not showing while ending the hire.

Very disappointing experience with the PickMe Driver app. The app is often slow and crashes at important times. Earnings are not fair compared to fuel prices and maintenance costs. Support is also poor — when drivers have issues, there’s no proper response. GPS and ride allocation system is inaccurate, making it hard to get trips. Overall, not driver-friendly at all. Needs major improvements.
