It's really slow compared to other ride hailing app. Sometimes have to wait more than 5 minutes to end the trip in front of the passanger is realy frustrating. One time i have to call the hotline number to end the trip manually via them. Must be consider and upgrade. And the from driver end, trip fare is getting low with increased fuel price can't be understand and don't motivate the drivers to pick hires. Flash hire commission is also high. Other than that its realy useful good app.

Fix the app refreshing & missing pop-ups! Every time I minimize the app, it reloads and takes minutes to get details—which frustrates customers and riders. Also, when the rating window pops up and a new order comes in, the accept button and trip details don't show, forcing missed trips. sometime only sounds no details. Penalizing our acceptance rate for this glitch isn't fair. Please fix these bugs! before considering the acceptance rate fix them all.

Worst company ever. They reduce the amount the driver earns in every way they can and even cut the commission more than the amount they say. There is no exact amount to pay for 1km, Sometimes the amount shown on the app is not the amount shown to the customer.. Then there is no way to call their customer care, they even remove it from the app.. When we call them, they say this is not a business, it is a social service, so we cannot make a profit.
