I am a Pickme driver partner for the last 5 years. There are so many troubles in the app have been noticed and reported but no proper response from the technical side. They have given a latest update for the app in modification side for no reason while there are hundred of technical issues. if you really wanna make updates please get suggestions from experienced drivers and work on them. If it's hard pls leave it as it is. do not work for name shake put us in trouble. Worst technical team ever.

ALL ABOU Order cancellation is confusing not user-friendly. When ending a trip, the app loads for too long, causing customer frustration. Need a one-tap call button for quick communication. Location accuracy is unstable and does not stay fixed. The floating icon is too big; it should be smaller and move smoothly. The black theme also needs improvement. Target trip count (daily and total) is not showing clearly on the main screen. Instant trip fare calculation is inaccurate and needs improvement.

New Update Looks Good, much wanted changes I see in it, but Drivers Always like short cut for easiness, it's better to avoid unnecessary pop-ups like "confirmation messages & stuffs", also Driver support section should be taken care of, rather than categorized support articles, could give us a single point complain form with optional subjects/titles
