I'm unsure if this is intentional, but if you select the 'Other' option to give a custom tip amount, the order fails, saying "Sorry. TypeError: Cannot read property 'address' of undefined". Only when I leave it on the default 10% did it go through. I had re-entered my address 3 times and reinstalled the app to see if it would fix this issue.

using the app is an absolute miserable experience. even when I try to use the contact us feature to submit feedback, the page crashes. it resets orders, repeats orders, duplicates orders. I've had calls if i really want a second order of what I submitted. I've had multiple charges for orders even though I submit the order once. edit: wouldn't save my card info either. most likely to charge me the extra fee to pay at the door

The app experience was so poor. I was placing an order, and the card information did not register properly. Every single time it reset, the values I had selected, causing me to give more tip than I wanted to, in comparison to my custom tip. In addition, resolving this was not straightforward. I had to leave the app, go on a website, and search for the store. It turns out that website does not work properly. So I had to open Google Maps and find the store to ask them to fix it.
