More often than not, I get through the entire order process and when I check out something goes wrong. Right now I get a message saying "prices have changed!". Then I end up having to call in, at which point they have different deals and prices than the app (why???) and can't give me the same deals. So unbelievably frustrating.

I like the app. However I've noticed that every so often the chicken wings and boneless bites become disappear. This is also true on the website. This started happening after the chicken strips were introduced. It's a bit annoying as I have to track down the stores phone number and place my order. The down side is that I don't get the points when I call.

App does not let me order online. constantly give me error and tells me to contact customer center. at the center. No one helps me and they keep sending me to different departments for hours and hours. worst experience ever. I have been having this issue since the last 1 year and they still haven't solved my case. I have missed so many reward points that I would have got at least 3 or 4 pizzas for free by now.
