I am using this digital banking for a year now but 3 days ago some things had just happened. I try to open the app but unfortunately there's a notification that i need to upgrade it. So i did. But when it's done and ready to open, it's just crashing down over and over again. I tried it many times to the point that i have to delete the app and reinstall it again but same things happened. I couldn't open the app. It's crashing down. It's frustrating. Pls.help me to fix this.

App was great until I lost my phone and had to set up on new mobile, can't have the option to fingerprint only password and everytime asking for a code even if just to check account. The past week, it just crashes. Been trying to transfer funds but it just shuts down as I'm entering password. Uninstalled and installed several times already this week but still not able to open it. Get a move on and fix this already.

Everytime I try to log in, the app keeps on closing. The app is running smoothly previously but ever since the last month, I've been having a hard time logging in. Please fix this bug, it's hard to do my transactions when I can't get inside my account.
