For Filipinos residing and located in the Philippines, easily open a PNB savings account with just one (1) valid
ID. This service is initially available to customers with no deposit account with PNB.
For Filipinos working in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan, start your account application through PNB Digital with just a few taps and a valid ID. Visit the nearest PNB overseas branch within 30 days from your application for a quick KYC verification. Complete your application with a remittance to fund your account.

It has been two or 3 years, I think. The app still crashes whenever you open it. Paying for my CC is a hassle because it is still very slow and it keeps on crashing. We have been using this app for years and unfortunately, 'til this day, no actions, updates, or any fix were done to address these issues.

UI interface and prompts are misleading. They don't direct you to the response the app expects..... I've been working with customer service for the past 2 months & I haven't been able to have your app up & running. It will take you approximately 10 days to reset my password. I was able to login using temporary password, change the password. Received an email for having change the password. THen Lo & behold logging back in using the same password, the won't app won't accept it.why is that?

I’ve tried verifying my National ID many times already, but I keep encountering the same error related to the eVerify system connection. I even tried at different times and ensured I had a stable internet connection, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Because of this, I’m unable to continue with my transaction. This needs urgent attention as it affects users who rely on the National ID for verification. I hope this issue gets fixed soon or at least provide an alternative way.
