Very slow like a sloth. Why i cant use to pay online shopping? Before I used it few times and now i can't. very slow in sending code until it expires. CS is very slow to response and never answer the question or problem directly. emails many times but still nothing. I cant even do international transactions to transfer fund. very frustrating and disappointing 😞 😕.

I thought it was just me! Eversince the update, I can no longer transfer funds because I am not receiving my OTPs. I also can not activate the digital key. I reached out to customer service and went personally to the bank, but they can't fix it. If they don't fix it, I will be forced to transfer my money to BPI because their banking app works fine.

If I could give it a negative I would. This is app infuriating. It keeps giving me an error code just signing up. I have tried different ways to create my account and still could not activate it. This makes me feel like they are just phishing for my bank information. Make the app better or make an actual online banking webpage.
