Don't use this company, they scam you. get charged to transfer money into the account, which it states "no charge" now I have money in my account I want to transfer out as I'm not happy with the service and get an error message saying "no enough funds to transfer" even though the minimum amount I can transfer is £1. now I have money stuck in the dumb account I can't access

ive never had any issues with pockit, not until this new update this morning, now my balance isn't showing my correct balance when someone transfer me money in it came up in my notifications the correct balance,but i log on and there is no transaction or pending of it and not showing the correct amount. and ive used my card in a few shops today and it tells me in my notifications, but log on and shows nothing about them and not the correct balance and no history. was fine before updated app

absolutely disgusted blocked my card wont let me access my own money, said 8 days been 3 weeks i will never recommend this useless banking application, have money still in there for a cooker i needed to get, sent all documents they asked for and still can't get my own money, I want to close this account but want what is rightfully mine, an absolute joke of a company and would never recommend anyone to use it, they steal your money as this is exactly what they have done, stolen my money
