Started crashing when i got to top level and i now i can't unlock a reward i saved up because it won't let me into the rewards area. Also, learned that the total spent to reach a reward is calculated on a yearly basis so when i was trying to reach the top level i'd spend $10 & the app would remove whatever i spent 366 days ago. Kind of like taking 1 step forward and 2 back every day i spent money at PCJ. Sort of frustrating and not well documented.

App never loads!! Everytime I try to download and use this app to order ahead, it'll download but when I log it never makes it to the next screen as the neverending circle of loading just continues to spin and spin, never taking me to the next page of menu to place an order! **Update** 5/21 App STILL doesn't open. Just keeps spinning the loading circle forever! I've contacted the developer and all they do is ask the same questions with no resolution, obviously. I see I'm not alone w/same issue!
