Service - great. car was clean, relatively new, with android auto. Easy pickup and return. Fair price. App - much to be desired. The registration is extremely fragile. It took me more than 30 minutes, and several tries to finally register. Hitting back accidentally immediately cancels the whole process with no confirmation popup. The license and face verification are flaky, and if they fail, sometimes you have to start all over. Invoices are not visible, no Email. edit-Invoices appear next day.

Terrible service - system failures on every action (registering, adding payment details, and updating account details). The previous driver had reported an issue that was not handled, so I had to deal with it, too - in the cold and rain, waiting for customer service. This is all in my first experience. The previous car sharing company had 0 issues.

First couldn't register without an operator's assistance, and now can't reserve a car because the app won't go beyond the home page that just says "Share" on a lovely orange background/ . I have been waiting for an hour so far for a call back from customer service as to how to solve this problem. I would rate this as 0 stars if the app would let me.
