very bad service. the car had used condoms and trash all over. My 10 year old son had to witness this. customer service hardly exists. After I posted on FB they called early in the morning (woke me up) and promised to call back later. that did not happen. And pf course - no reply from the number they were calling from. Extremely disappointing. They do not take any responsibility. only your money.

Terrible service - system failures on every action (registering, adding payment details, and updating account details). The previous driver had reported an issue that was not handled, so I had to deal with it, too - in the cold and rain, waiting for customer service. This is all in my first experience. The previous car sharing company had 0 issues.

First couldn't register without an operator's assistance, and now can't reserve a car because the app won't go beyond the home page that just says "Share" on a lovely orange background/ . I have been waiting for an hour so far for a call back from customer service as to how to solve this problem. I would rate this as 0 stars if the app would let me.
