REPAYMENT TERMS:
Money App's advance service does not require a minimum repayment time frame. Money App's advance service does not require a maximum repayment time frame. Repayment occurs automatically via payroll deduction or through an autopay transaction linked to your bank account. If the autopay transaction fails, no additional interest, penalties, or fees are charged. You will not be eligible to request a new advance until your outstanding balance is paid.

FEES:
Money App has a 0% Annual Percentage Rate (APR) and no mandatory fees. You may pay an optional fee for expedited funds delivery.

EXAMPLE:
For a $40 advance with an optional Express Delivery fee of $4.99, your total repayment amount will be $44.99.

If you request an advance of $100 with no optional fees, your repayment is $100.

ELIGIBILITY:
Not all users will qualify. Access to advances depends on having a consistent direct deposit into your bank account and meeting other eligibility requirements.

I signed up with this place well over a month ago. I've had my bank account since July 2024 (more than 3 months), I have regular direct deposits that go in every two weeks for close to $2,000, I have a positive bank balance and have never had an overdraft. They have not approved me for one single advance! I don't know what more a person is required to have! Don't waste your time! You'll request an advance and it will say "sorry 😔 we can't approve you for an advance right now. It sucks!

Had to reset my pw several times before i ever even got into the app. Then i went through the whole process of filling out my info and got to a page that said my identity could not be verified. So I went to the "support" page and used the chat feature (with a useless AI chat bot, of course), described my issue, and was told "it looks like we couldn't verify your identity... because of this, we can't open your account." With a sad face emoji. Really? No reason. Just "sorry, goodbye". Awful.

Went through the registration process and right after it is done collecting a lot of sensitive information about me, it immediately indicated that my identity couldn't be verified with no further explanation of the problem was or alternative means of verification. edit: brought down to one star because not only was support totally unwilling to help me, but they will not stop sending me constant promotional emails to sign up for the service I'm not allowed to use...
