Very buggy, takes a long time to load, very un intuitive interface and every time I open the app it tells me my information is out of date and prompts me to update. When I try, it just spins and spins until I shut it down and start over again. It's just a very mediocre app. It's very clear not much effort was put into its creation or maintenance. (The fact that no one has responded to this reinforces my judgement of mediocrity).

I purchased a PP membership through my Chase card. Overall, the app works as I would expect. However, the app frequently tells me that my card has expired and I must update it. I can find no way to do that, and neither Chase employees nor PP employees could explain the error message. I just clicked through the message and I've never been denied at a lounge. But, one star lost for the annoying message.

Don't bother with this app -- just get your QR code elsewhere and save it to your digital wallet. It was impossible to connect the app with my Priority pass account. Using my membership number caused the app to do literally nothing -- no progress or error message. Using my credit card number resulted in an error. My friend had the exact same experience. What a waste of time. Thankfully, my credit card provided the membership QR code through its app.
