The Sentry door lock exhibits a delayed response time, notably slower than a five-year-old smart lock from a different manufacturer. The doorbell camera application experiences prolonged loading times, and accessing playback footage is similarly inefficient. My previous experience with the Prism monitor six years ago was unsatisfactory. I had anticipated an improvement in product quality since then, but unfortunately, this has not been the case. How to support such local company.

Update: Fantastic team. Issues reported and they worked quickly to resolve it. App is back to normal. / Prev Comment: App used to work normally until the most recent update malfunctions. Connected devices dont not properly sync when tried to power on/off via app, same goes for settings change, and the timer totally doesnt even work for connected ACs and air purifiers. Reinstalled app as advised by support, and it goes on level up where the Maintenance and Settings tab display a blank gray page.

seriously worse app ever. cannot even connect to the nanobot (the only product i have), if i cannot connect how the hell am i suppose to use it?. i had rebooted my phone still same issue. am i suppose to reinstall the app and reconfigure everything again?! what an embarrassing app. totally unusable. so seem like the multiple previous app users bad feedback are real. [updates] to resolve, i need to clear cache of the app, then im able to connect to device. very inconvinient use.

Do ensure that the phone is connected to a dedicated 2.4GHz WiFi SSID and if WiFi light is blinking slow, select WiFi ap networking and exit to WiFi settings to select WiFi hotspot.
