Ratings and reviews

The app is really intuitive and allows me to control my Prism+ air-conditioners. It's something small, but really very much more convenient having this function. Edit: Recently integrated my gate and door locks into this app, and I'm quite disappointed at the non-synchronized performance of the 2. I can register on the gate lock but when it comes to the door lock, it failed and I have to do settings on it manually.

I tried to remove a device it does not work. OTP will be sent but after entering OTP via SMS, the app will say Invalid OTP. i tried many times. im very disapointed with this App. Prism door lock works only for 2.4GHZ connection. if your wifi is 5ghz, it doesnt allow you to add the door lock.

service resolution and response is very bad. its more than 2 weeks and no follow up on my issues. the products do not work well with the wifi gateway. which makes the wifi connection bad. the app is not as good as tapo. Service support is not bothered by resolving issues. Prism is only interested in sales.
