Please please improve the software and app. The app is very glitchy and the response is too slow. When someone bells on the doorbell, by the time the app loads up, the person outside has already left, 90% of the time. That's how long it takes to load up the app and answer the doorbell call. I have tried to positon the gateway and my router to the most optimal setting, with wifi strength up to 80% but still very slow. Sometimes video playback also buffers for couple of minutes.

Due to a recent app upgrade, using the app to remote the aircon trigger a FO error code. Is that how prism+ get more of the service maintenance business? Currently using the manual way to on and off aircon. Do not recommend Prism+. A wifi aircon is not good, giving lots of problem. - have checked before reviewing. is not due to gas leak. manual on off using remote no issue only when using the app then the power cut off causing the FO error code.

I can see the robot vacuum cleaner in the app, but when I click on it, a spinning circle appears and the app hangs. This happens very frequently. I need to clear cache/storage to regain function.
