The app is really intuitive and allows me to control my Prism+ air-conditioners. It's something small, but really very much more convenient having this function. Edit: Recently integrated my gate and door locks into this app, and I'm quite disappointed at the non-synchronized performance of the 2. I can register on the gate lock but when it comes to the door lock, it failed and I have to do settings on it manually.

very badly done, keyed in phone number and return something went wrong. Not even working in the very first sign in page. Tried a few times and it prompts request too many OTP, please wait 2 minutes.... UPDATE!! issued fixed in a day time, great work and thank you dev.

Cannot connect to my ac luna. Cannot detect to my 2.4ghz wifi6. I can see the ac got it's hotspot but the app is useless to move forward to next step. Just some update, reported the issue and they sent technician to check. Please make sure u take leave and wait home, they can only come between 11am-6pm. If you are not waiting then u make another appointment. Promised to make app update for Android version. But no news at all. ANDROID people! You are poor and THEY don't serve you after you pay!
