Very poor experience. The transaction shows “approved,” but the funds are still not received even after several days. The bank cannot trace the money using the provided reference. Customer support is not giving a clear or satisfactory answer. I am extremely disappointed with the service.

for me worked faster, but since months, they increased transfer fee too much, similar or close to wise transfer site which is more reliable option. so, I wonder if fee is more or less same then why we use this instead of wise.

very bad experience with this app I get stuck 2 times from this app and 10to 15 days the hold my money transaction status was successful but my bank didn't receive money I do contact with support team they say your bank hold when I do contact with my bank didn't received any money after 15 days profee send me back my money now 2 days before again same happened still my money stuck problem is which they are using third party sibilla Ltd they do on hold which is mently torture not happy not reco
