I had been using Profee for the last two years, and everything was absolutely fine. The transfer amounts gradually increased, and that was acceptable to me. Then, quite suddenly, the fee shot up to an unexpectedly high level even I was within transfer limit. When I reached out to customer support, they explained that the fee is dynamic. I decided to wait it out, hoping it would return to normal even I did a small trasfer. but nothing changed. Finally, I uninstalled the app.

Very poor experience. The transaction shows “approved,” but the funds are still not received even after several days. The bank cannot trace the money using the provided reference. Customer support is not giving a clear or satisfactory answer. I am extremely disappointed with the service.

BEWARE, The wallet feature is very bad, they charge to add money to wallet also they use individuals to transfer money forward, which is difficult to track as there is no transaction number nor name of payer in receivers bank statement. This can cause issues with tax department.
