Bad service, I don't know if this is a scam. First transfer was completed within few seconds. The next transfer from same card to same target bank almost 2 days and still not transferred yet. Money got deducted from source. Ticket raised 496196 with customer service , they arenot aware what's happening, simply says it will take an hour or so but almost 2 days completed. Avoid.

The worst app I have ever used. I made a transfer request on 14th March and I followed up multiple times with the helpdesk. They kept saying the transfer has no negative sign for rejection and they also gave false assurance about the money reaching the destination in few minutes. Today morning I woke up and found out that the transaction is cancelled and amount is refunded. I booked the transaction at a good rate and now they don't compensate for that as well.

I have the problem of declining to transfer from my bank account to the profee. Not just that when ever I switch from profee app to others like WhatsApp to check the bank account details the app crashes!!! Some how after manually entering the details ....the transaction keeps declining saying insufficient funds. I checked my bank for many time but it's just don't go through. First experience very bad one and very disappointed.
