About this app

Provision Cam 2 was created to work with the new Ossia OS by Provision-ISR.

The application is a professional mobile client, designed for remote live-view, playback and configuration.

It is compatible with all devices running Ossia OS as well as older devices running v3.4.3 and up. Devices running v3.3.0 was tested and working, but might have some limited features or connectivity problems. Older devices were not tested.

Ratings and reviews

This app is very slow, especially when you are viewing remotely. I have given up on that. Secondly, when I have more than one camera open, and I have expanded/maximised one camera, I can not scroll either to the left or right to go to the next camera in expanded size on my Samsung phone. I have to double tap the screen to minimize it first and then double tap on the next camera to expand/maximise it.

I cannot access our cameras via the app, we have the same phones. Can you urgently advise what the issue is as the installer says its to do with network but I dont believe that. Is there an issue with certain devices that viewing is restricted perhaps? 2025: few years later and still this app doesnt work and the time lines are still out of sync from video playback vs the actual time of the device

This app was great at first, but after the recent update, it crashes when I try to do anything other than watching the cameras. I have Samsung S22 Ultra. Nobody can figure out why it does this. Even our security company with actual tech support. I cannot replay footage, save videos, or anything other than just a live feed. I'm super disappointed as I run a homeless shelter and it is vital foe me to be able to see what's going on and what has happened, to be able to save footage, and photos.
