They make it very easy to pay on the mobile app BUT to my surprise they raised the rates again! I had to put my belongings in storage in the summer of 2022 due to a fire at my place at a great price but then it went up & again, & again, & again it went up & again it's gone up! Now it's almost $300 so if you want to avoid price increases that are outrageous go elsewhere. I can't afford to hire anyone to move my things. My storage items has smoke fumes but I still need them and I'm sorting it slow

Used to work, but now it won't. I click the app and all it does, is show loading, but never opens. Been doing this for couple weeks now. Perhaps longer, but only noticed when I tried to log-on a couple weeks ago. I have the newest update. I've tried turning phone on and off. Nothing works. I can't access my account!!!!! Update: October 18, 2024. Thank you for replying. I did everything you said. App auto updates. No permissions denied, etc. Still can't access app. Same issue. I will email them.

Hi Alan, We have released a new version of our app. Please update the app and enable all permissions. Enabling all permissions is necessary to open gates/doors/elevators. If you are still experiencing an issue, please email support@publicstorage.com with issue and account number so we can look into this.

This app is complete garbage. The app constantly kicks me out after every use, and I have to login again. Of course it's an obscure password that I don't remember, so I have to reset it. But then, when I have to enter the verification number texted to me, it's kicks me off of the verification page back to the login screen, making it impossible to reset my password. Extremely frustrating as there's never anyone in the office to actually help me access the unit I pay a good amount of money to use.

Hi Daniel, Please uninstall the app and re-install, enabling all permissions when prompted. Enabling all permissions is necessary to open gates/doors/elevators or use any other features with the App. If you are still having issues, please let us know your account information and issue at support@publicstorage.com
