Ratings and reviews

It's quite a good app. I've used it to access three different gyms with no issues, however there are two main problems I encounter -1. Sometimes it takes quite a while to load when you open the app I've tried changing from my data to the gym wi-fi in case it was an issue if slow internet or bad signal...still sometimes takes forever. 2. Sometimes I will just get a random notification that the app had to close I mean whilst I'm out and about doing something unrelated to the app

Impossible to cancel. The various links just send you around in circles, without a cancel subscription button being available in spite of the app pledging that PureGym make it as easy as possible to cancel So I've now cancelled my direct debit instead and won't be paying any money demanded. Shame, the app isn't bad otherwise. But this is poor form.

The app is great. Nice UI and easy to use UX, but I keep getting notifications at least 3 times a day (for a week now) that "the app has stopped working" and it's starting to get really annoying. I relayed the feedback to the Google play store but not sure what else to do!
