Placed a large order online- the first time at the end of the order it said- uh oh sorry something went wrong. 2nd time the q spun for 15 mins and never went through. I gave up and went somewhere else. I am deleting this app. Super frustrated. The qdoba IT dept needs to be fired.
This app is awful. Constantly crashes. Freezes when I try to open it. Logs me out every time I'm able to use it, then takes much too long to get logged back in the next time. When I was able to accumulate a free entree and choose to redeem it? When it scanned at the register, it crashed, didn't process a free meal so I had to pay for it, then later I noticed it took all my points away for a free meal I never got. QDOBA, THIS APP SUCKS, REPLACE IT OR REPLACE IT WITH OLD CARD SYSTEM. Atleast that one worked.
Mostly works well for me. I almost exclusively use it for building up my points, not so much for ordering or anything. UI could be a bit simpler I think, but it's not bad. It just took me a long time to figure out exactly where/how to access and redeem rewards. Otherwise no complaints. However, the app usually crashes when I first open it, then works if I try it again right away. But that might have changed with the last update. I'm on a Nexus 6P, Android 7.1.2 4 stars either way.
Usually love Qdoba, but I prefer their old rewards system. App doesn't work very well, online ordering has never worked for me, and it's too difficult to get it to work just for redeeming points. Keeps kicking me out or failing.
My payment got stuck in limbo and they never received the order. Wasted 25 mins in the restaurant trying to figure things out with the manager. Don't waste your time with this app.
Always logs me out and tells me my password is wrong despite it being correct. Whenever I go to redeem the surprise/secret rewards or whatever, the app crashes or it gives me an error. There's almost no point in using this. What's the point of an app if it can't be used?
