This new point system is garbage. And now it looks like the app is following suit. Worked for a little while and looked good, but wasn't intuitive or user-friendly. Now it doesn't work. Been going to Qdoba for years--even have a corporate catering account with them. In the old point system you'd get a free entree for every 10 (~$80-90). Now you have to spend $150 to get a free entree, even at their highest tier. They said you'd accumulate rewards faster in the new system. I guess if you call earning a cookie faster than you used to be able to earn an entree faster rewards, then they're not lying. But I only get entrees at Qdoba, so the rewards only come about half as fast now. It was already the case that free guac and Chipotle's lack of a rewards program was the only thing keeping me at Qdoba (I actually like Chipotle slightly better). Now I don't plan on coming back much unless somebody else is paying. Not worth it anymore.
It keeps saying that something went wrong and the app will never start. I accumulated points but now I can't even use them. That doesn't make any sense why it would start to not work after I was able to accumulate points.
Terrible app. Never works. Now I spend money only to get screwed out of my rewards because the design of their current system fails function, ever. I have eaten at qdoba consistently for years and this is the purest example of what happens to a company once they go corporate...Everything goes downhill. They are focused on profit margins instead of customer retention and satisfsction.
Love qdoba. My family goes once a week. I never liked the app but at least it worked for a few months. Now it doesn't connect, giving me the "oops something is wrong" error. I'm not collecting any points when I go now, and that sucks.
I miss the simpler times of qdoba punch cards and Subway stamps. The rewards are bad and confusing and the app doesn't help. Sigh...
What a garbage app. Can't do party orders and not intuitive. Who ever approved this obviously does not like their job.
