I love this app. Easy to use and my order is always ready on time. I just wish they had an option for items "on the side" when ordering. I ordered the loaded tortilla soup for dinner but had to pick it up at 1. There was no place to specify tortilla straps on the side. When I was ready to eat it for my dinner, the tortilla strips were all over the dish and so soggy I took them off. They need to add an either on the side option to EVERYTHING OR A SPECIAL NOTES SECTION

This app could be great, but Qdoba is not putting in the effort to fix the issues. They give you points for each purchase, which you can use towards future purchases. You can use the app to purchase your meal in advance, but only if the ingredients of your order meets what they have in the app. Not all of the ingredients are there, such as chorizo, and after several comments over 2 years, I finally got a response which says that they don't offer mobile ordering of breakfast at this time. Since I can't use the app to place my order, then I lose out on a lot of points.

The card system was way better. I've lost all the points from my card account because I couldn't link it to the app, even after sending an email asking about it. The instructions I was given didn't work. I've also lost countless points because I can't figure out how to enter the "claim ID" codes at the bottom of the receipts. I've tried entering those codes on the website, but the site won't let me log in to my account. The app looks great and seems like it should be easy to use, but it's not.
