I have a brand new GTS 5 Black. The app works initially, but after closing the app and shutting off the vehicle for a period of time, the app fails to pair with the Racechip. It hangs on "connecting". The only workaround is to clear the app data and re-pair the Racechip. It's super annoying and not worth the $44 add-on price that I paid. Please fix the app for better reliability!

It is a greate tool. It woks good, sometimes there's a delay before it's connected with a Race chip module. I have some proposition for improvement: provide a automated plan for selecting a mode according to a fuel pressure values (e.g diesel idle pressure is 25000 kPa, hugh acceleration is about 150000 kPa) over the past 1-3 minutes. Like, when we in a hard traffic it will select an Eco mode, otherwise Sport or Race mode. I think it is doable solution that will significantly improve App benefit

The app does what it's supposed to do, albeit sometimes it's a little bit slow. Since it's an app to control a car product, it should be compatible with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Lack of this compatibility is a huge minus, especially considering how much the Bluetooth/app control costs as an option for some RaceChip products ( i.e. RaceChip RS).
