app doesnt tell you of errors? like I know im ordering from a busy location so there may be delays, but it lets me select "ASAP" then goes "something went wrong!" or says nothing, then i have to fight it to try and figure it out, before giving up, going to the website, the website letting me get all the way to the checkout screen, THEN it says "sorry! you can only pre-order for a later time." like maybe start with that and let me know my time expectation at the start.

Despite the fact that most of the recent (as of December 18, 2024) reviews say the app sucks and they can't login, I decided to give it a go. Filed out all the required info. Created a password that checked all the requirements. Clicked the links for the privacy policy and "Terms and Conditions" (links didn't go anywhere) the sign up button stayed grey and did not work.

You have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU OPEN THE APP!! "I'd like some chicken strips. But first, let's sign in and do a 2-step authentification. Does not offer drive-thru pick-up, which is THE ONLY OPTION to pick up your order late night! Staff had me go around for curbside and wait 10 minutes for them to bring it out. At which point I thought: should I just have ordered at the drive-thru and saved time? If so, why have an app? Caniac club rewards seems arbitrary if you can't track progress.
