app doesnt tell you of errors? like I know im ordering from a busy location so there may be delays, but it lets me select "ASAP" then goes "something went wrong!" or says nothing, then i have to fight it to try and figure it out, before giving up, going to the website, the website letting me get all the way to the checkout screen, THEN it says "sorry! you can only pre-order for a later time." like maybe start with that and let me know my time expectation at the start.

Despite the fact that most of the recent (as of December 18, 2024) reviews say the app sucks and they can't login, I decided to give it a go. Filed out all the required info. Created a password that checked all the requirements. Clicked the links for the privacy policy and "Terms and Conditions" (links didn't go anywhere) the sign up button stayed grey and did not work.

I've been a loyal customer for 18+ years...disappointed that Canes doesn't offer/have a better rewards policy for its customer base. For as much as I've purchased to date...I don't get any points or true recognition for my loyalty. Deleting the app because it's really worthless - other than the ability to order/purchase more of their food. I can do that without the app.
