Despite the fact that most of the recent (as of December 18, 2024) reviews say the app sucks and they can't login, I decided to give it a go. Filed out all the required info. Created a password that checked all the requirements. Clicked the links for the privacy policy and "Terms and Conditions" (links didn't go anywhere) the sign up button stayed grey and did not work.

The app has been a bit buggy during the ordering process as of late. There are error messages like "it's taking us a little longer to check your order" and a spinning disco ball that doesn't go away. Most of the time I need to close the app and start over. But then on the second try it generally works fine. Hopefully they'll be able to fix this in a future release.

app doesnt tell you of errors? like I know im ordering from a busy location so there may be delays, but it lets me select "ASAP" then goes "something went wrong!" or says nothing, then i have to fight it to try and figure it out, before giving up, going to the website, the website letting me get all the way to the checkout screen, THEN it says "sorry! you can only pre-order for a later time." like maybe start with that and let me know my time expectation at the start.
