app doesnt tell you of errors? like I know im ordering from a busy location so there may be delays, but it lets me select "ASAP" then goes "something went wrong!" or says nothing, then i have to fight it to try and figure it out, before giving up, going to the website, the website letting me get all the way to the checkout screen, THEN it says "sorry! you can only pre-order for a later time." like maybe start with that and let me know my time expectation at the start.

Despite the fact that most of the recent (as of December 18, 2024) reviews say the app sucks and they can't login, I decided to give it a go. Filed out all the required info. Created a password that checked all the requirements. Clicked the links for the privacy policy and "Terms and Conditions" (links didn't go anywhere) the sign up button stayed grey and did not work.

this apps geo-location sucks! I was sitting in a parking lot of a restaurant, selected the closest location, entered my order, went in 10 mins later to pick up. Order went to a location 45 minutes away. Wasnt a way to cancel on the app but store mgmt was very nice and took care of the mistake on their end. Also need to incorporate ways to import saved payment methods from the phone.
