Won't recognize our local Nob Hill Keeps asking me to add my store, but when I do; it won't recognize it. Plus it keeps signing me out. REALLY frustrating when you're trying to shop and use your coupons, list saved, ads and all it does is freeze up and asked for you zip. It won't let you use it unless you choose one of the choose stores. Have reinstalled several times. Please fix or go back to old setting. Our store doesn't carry what the other larger Raley's do. So the local app is important.
Terrible function The old version of this app was reliable and functional. The latest version is entirely useless, I even have complained to my local store. I can't log in and I can't find my store unless I reinstall the app each and every time. Fix this now!!
What the heck!!! What the heck have you done with the app!!!! I used to be able to add items to my card and then go shopping at the store. Now I can't even put anything on my card. The app wants me to put things into a cart. It doesn't even show my local store. I know it's that because I just shopped there. I'm ready to uninstall the app and go shop elsewhere.
New app SUCKS!!! The old app was awesome! Way better than any other grocery app. The new one is unusable. At open, it directs you to choose your store- yet it says there isn't a store in my area (there's one less than a mile from my house). It won't let you see any other part of the app until you choose a store, either....so I'm stuck. Sorry, Raley's, you're losing my business if I can't make my grocery lists and see sales before I go in.
Updated version is convoluted Doesn't display any offers. Seems more geared towards selling and placing online orders than maintaining, or even displaying, your rewards. Do not like this app, your rewards program, or shopping at your overpriced store anymore. As much as I hate Wal-Mart, you should check out their app and reward program. They definitely got it right.
Terrible. "No offers available" since the latest update App was finally working well until the latest update and new look. Now every time I go in I have to re-select my preferred store and the app tells me I have no available offers. I have to access my Something Extra account on the website to load offers which defeats the purpose of the app, and I can't even see which offers are already loaded on my account through the app. App seems to only be geared towards online shopping now with no regard to Something Extra.

- Re-Authentication required upon viewing profile information or placing an order after 30 minutes of inactivity
- Clicking on the search bar brings up a barcode scanner to add items to your cart
- Collections now have sub departments
- Your name will appear in the "Welcome" menu to show you that you are signed in
- Auto-complete now shows more relevant search terms
- Item counter now more accurately shows item count
