Ratings and reviews

The app now requires a log in EVERY TIME it's accessed, which is frustrating before each shopping trip. The login no longer works consistently and I am have been locked out from any deals or even to simply order groceries for over two months now. When I can log in, the app forces me to update my password, which I do but then the app keeps stating "password cannot be updated at this time". So, I am unable to use the app and when I tried to access my account online, the same thing happens.

it's nice that it tells you where everything is located in your store, real helpful for that and for clipping deals and stuff. actually using it while you shop though, is no good. really slow, trying to check something off your list takes forever, it crashes fairly often and makes you re-sign in everytime you open it. I spent more time standing in the aisle trying to navigate the app than I did doing the actual shopping

The app is frustrating to use. I often try to clip coupons only to get a message that the offer has reached its limit, yet the coupon still stays in my Unclipped list. If an offer is unavailable, remove it. Requiring customers to clip coupons is also outdated. Let us create shopping lists and notify us when items go on sale, or automatically apply eligible discounts at checkout.
