Good app, easy to use, and they are active in trying to make it better, but customer service and prices can be adjusted to meet half way rather than getting calls about different deliveries (didn't order) and overly expensive stuff found at a reasonable price elsewhere. Also, consider letting the customer know about the tip of placement to place the furniture beforehand to be included since it has an extra cost.
