actually a good company, the use of the app is easy, but since 3 days I tried to contact them, very difficult when one doesn't speak Arabic! as a German Foreigner even the instructions from the chat bot were in Arabic! But after I contacted a very friendly customer service manager A., everything changed!Great person, extremely helpful, pleasant chat. Now all is fine, they even work on it to make the contact for foreigners easier!That's what I actually expected from such a good company!Thank you!

Good app, easy to use, and they are active in trying to make it better, but customer service and prices can be adjusted to meet half way rather than getting calls about different deliveries (didn't order) and overly expensive stuff found at a reasonable price elsewhere. Also, consider letting the customer know about the tip of placement to place the furniture beforehand to be included since it has an extra cost.
