it sucks..... the first order that I don't face any problem with it, but the second one it was a horrible experience, the product that received was broken, and when I want to return it back and get back my money it toke more than five days to send the money on raneen walte, and when I get it back I placed anther product but there is an error happened on the app.... then money gone ...... when I talked to their customer service they sayed the money will be back in two days 😅😅😅

Good app, easy to use, and they are active in trying to make it better, but customer service and prices can be adjusted to meet half way rather than getting calls about different deliveries (didn't order) and overly expensive stuff found at a reasonable price elsewhere. Also, consider letting the customer know about the tip of placement to place the furniture beforehand to be included since it has an extra cost.

If you use this app, just Never Ever Pay with your card, as if for any reason you've canceled the order, forget to get your money back! maybe the money will return when you forgot about it at all maybe around 30 days from waiting.. I have canceled an order 15 days ago and didn't get my money back yet! Very bad experience Just use Amazon or noon if you wanna pay using your card and never ever to pay with your card on this poor application
