it sucks..... the first order that I don't face any problem with it, but the second one it was a horrible experience, the product that received was broken, and when I want to return it back and get back my money it toke more than five days to send the money on raneen walte, and when I get it back I placed anther product but there is an error happened on the app.... then money gone ...... when I talked to their customer service they sayed the money will be back in two days 😅😅😅

Just a heads-up for future buyers. My experience was fine, but be aware that processing refunds takes some time, and so does shipping for certain items. Plan accordingly if you're in a hurry.
