I'm really disappointed with the Rapido Auto service lately. I’ve been trying to book an auto for over an hour, but none of the drivers are accepting the rides. It seems like unless I add an extra tip, no one is willing to take the booking. This is extremely frustrating and defeats the whole purpose of using the app. What’s the point of showing available autos if they never accept the ride? Honestly, it has become a worst experience and feels like a waste of time now.

I am an intense user of Rapido, but having said so, I find that control on captains is very poor. During needy hours, rapido drivers test our patience to a different level. Even a small journey which takes around 35-40/-, captains don't accept for 60/70+. This is a real challenge at times. This doesn't only happen once or twice but almost regularly. This creates a feeling that probably there is no control on captains and they can do this regularly. Would expect rapido would take measurements.

Rapido is an app which is best for people who travel on bikes because the prices are very high for taxis and especially for autos (compared to other similar services). Also, the prices keep changing every minute or so.. And the worst part is that the price of the ride increases by the end of the ride.
