How? With my at!
- For tickets and carnets all you need is a my at account. If you have not already created one on our website, you can sign up directly in the app
- For passes, you can import a profile registered on our webshop shop.at-bus.it, by inserting your date of birth and tax code

Travel

Once you have purchased the right ticket for your trip, all you have to do is get on board.
- Search where you need to get to and select the best solution for you; the app will notify you when it’s time to depart
- Follow the directions to get to the right stop by foot, monitor live departure times and track the number of stops on the map until you reach your destination
- Save your favorite places so you always have them at your fingertips for next time

Ratings and reviews

It is very difficult to arrange tickets if you are unfamiliar with the regional bus lines - and so many exist! Also, there is no way that I've found for "show me the scheduling options" - you must enter precise times of arrival and departure - which invariably lead to the result "sorry, nothing found at this time. I do give it 3 stars because there is a lot of info available, and there are transit maps which help immensely. If only I could get a tutorial in making it friendly for this user!

Two days ago the app interface has changed and since then it is not possible to log in to the shop via app. I reinstalled the app, removed cache and I see no change at all. On the contrary I have no problem to login in via web browser but that does not allow me to use my tickets. I use Pixel 8a.

Ridiculous app. Last year, the tap system kept overcharging on 307 bus (...), so I got the app. For some time, it worked ok, then I got logged off and when I try to login, the app crashes.
