Don't depend on razorpay for your business. We have been there customer for many years and without a single change from our end or any chargeback claim, they stopped all payments options on our website without any notification to us. Further they took a week to tell us that we will do "technical modification" and then you won't have access to credit card payments. I ask why, they say your account is different. I ask what is different, they don't have an answer. Moving to another payment platform

after 7 months of smooth use today razorpay gave me a nightmare. All my website connected to razorpay . Then too i recieved message We have disabled your razorpay account yesterday. that we won't be able to accept any payment in future with this account. And funds would be settled as per settlement cycle but no new payment could be taken . I asked for explanation they said our multiple banking partners review all accounts timely they decided to disable ur acc. seriously!

There is a bug in the application where the KYC process is incorrectly fetching the state as Madhya Pradesh instead of Andhra Pradesh from the Aadhaar details and unable select g the AP. Kindly prioritize and resolve this issue at the earliest. I took the screenshot also for reference.
