I have a weekly out-of-network medical appointment, and my insurance portal doesn't have an automatic way to file claims, so getting reimbursed for it can be a real pain. Problem is, it's also a very expensive appointment, and I can't afford to just not get the reimbursement. This app makes it so much easier because not only does it submit the information for you, but it allows you to "clone" previous claims, so you can file a claim for a recurring appointment with just a few clicks!

Working on my first claim, and I'm already surprised by an issue. All my superbills are PDFs, not print outs. Trying to enter diagnosis codes, and the app won't accept the code if I copy and paste from document. I make mistakes when manually typing, and it's really frustrating to be switching apps constantly to double check it's entered correctly. Being able to paste info into app seems like an obvious function. Also wish there was a website version, so much faster using a keyboard

Makes a simple process harder than necessary. Can only submit photos, not PDFs (despite what they claim). Screen started flashing when I clicked Upload. The only way to get it to stop is to restart your phone. App is not compatible with all phones (even if you can download the app). I will stick with submitting directly to insurance.
