This was a great idea but there's no room for errors for high stress situations and every little thing that could happen they charge and make money off of it, it needs more improvement, I wish there was a feature or part of insurance to cover when the unknown pops up and you tried your very best only to be charged fees. The car owners car charger was not working properly and I got lost. They still charged and my connection was lost as well. I contacted you from your response.

The last two times I've extended a trip there's a long delay after hitting "submit request" and then I get a message that says "it looks like you're offline". I get charged and the trip is extended. I have to close and reopen the app and then everything is fine although I don't get a message from the host that they extended my trip. The first time I was on Wi-Fi and my connection was good. The second time I was on data and my connection was very good. I tested it after having this problem.

lots of BS fees roughly a 20 to 30% fee for Toro on top of the prices they advertise in the app. in addition they charged me extra to return it early. It was a $1.25 but can you imagine charging someone early to return a car with less miles. And the only way to return the car early is to pay the fee. absolutely ridiculous stop robbing people with junk fees. It was a nice way to rent a cool car which is the only reason I got more than one star.
