App is buggy, makes me hit options repeatedly before responding. Also, for the last two days I've tried to order, but received a message at checkout that the store is busy and can't accept my order. I even tried to schedule pick up for 45 minutes from now, but got the same message. If I select a location which isn't accepting orders, tell me at the beginning of the order. Don't have me waste time making selections & customizing my order, THEN tell me at the last step that you are taking orders.

App barely functions, the button to remove/add items to your order doesn't work and you have to constantly reload the screen to have it go through, the app constantly tells me that my phone number isn't valid even though I've ordered before and had the same number for years, and the promo/coupon codes never work. This app is heavily bugged and if you want easier access, better service, and cheaper prices just go use Panda Express.

Find my location and chose food relatively easily but then payment and completing order was a pain. I eventually just called in my order. The app doesn't save your payment info and I was attempting to use a gift card a a credit card. But there were too many orders and I needed to pick a later time. So I did so but then had to enter payment info all over again. Only to be told that I needed a new time again. Was a huge time suck and very frustrating.
