it's ok, but a little misleading. I have one down the block from me so I figured getting the Wonder+ for pickup would be a good idea, as advertised, which was "save $3.00 on this order." I set up an order, saw the price, then signed up for Wonder+. I went to place the food order and they added the discount into the total and subtracted it again, giving me the same price as though it was discounted. I'm now paying $7 more for what should have been $3 less.

I decided to give it a try since I had a promo code, but half the food was sold out. High prices and hidden fees meant 50% off didn't save money compared to ordering normally. Food arrived 30 minutes late, was already cold, and tasted meh. The customer service was slow, but eventually refunded me. Also, they tout free delivery, but comparing pickup to delivery, there is always a "service fee" for delivery AKA a delivery fee. I don't think delivery should be free, but don't lie about it.

Horrible! First off they didn't hand it to me probably because they delivered it to the wrong house! When we found it, it wasn't even what I ordered. Tried calling the customer service number only, to have to leave a message. Tried texting with customer service, but they never answered the text. I figured out how to report it as not delivered, but it doesn't let you explain anything. So I was able to get a credit but not for the full 40.00 I spent, and only was able to get a credit. Never again
