If there is negative star, that's what I want to put. My first and last use of this app. They are quick to take payment from the my account but taking so long to send the money. I decided to cancel the transaction but now I have to wait for at least a couple of business day to refund back my money. It's supposed for an emergency situation. I ended up not able to send any as I have to wait for the refund. I will go back to sendwave. I never have issues with though they have lower rates. 😞

My payment got stuck because of so-called unplanned maintenance. On my first chat I was told that the payment had been refused, and I should check again in some hours. I waited 6 hours. Long waiting time. Then they said they can't cancel the transfer, I have to wait for ?? 24 hours (or more ??), and then if the transaction has not been processed it might be cancelled. Well: either the transaction went through or it didn't, and if it didn't why can't they stop it? Anyway, I can't wait so long.

Worst experience ever! I don't know why I trusted this app. I sent 1000U$ to a friend in US more than two weeks ago through their express delivery mode and he has still not received the payment ( account number is correct and cross checked). I have contacted their help centre multiple times but to no help and they still investigating. On top of that they saying the transaction can't be reversed and I will not receive the refund because as per them the transaction is completed.
