About this app

ApteekkiPuhelu app is intended for pharmacy customers. You can easily order prescription medicine and other pharmacy products with your phone.
You can also make a prescription renewal request via ApteekkiPuhelu.

Here’s how:
1. Download the free app, do a strong authentication with bank id following the instructions and fill in your profile information.
2. You may add a payment card in order to speed up the processing of your orders. Only pharmacies can charge for purchases.
3. Search options will help you find the most suitable pharmacy for you.
4. Contact your pharmacy by clicking the phone icon. After receiving the call, the pharmacy will send you an authentication request.
5. After the strong authentication, the pharmacist may retrieve your prescription and process the order.
6. Other pharmacy products can be ordered at the same time.
7. Agree on the delivery method of medicines.
8. Pay with the app or at the pickup/delivery.

Payment is possible also with bank id or Apple Pay.
You may leave a callback request for a specific time frame.
