The app works fine. love the choices of layout. To folks complaining about the ads, just let the ads play out and hit the X. DO NOT click on anything. The "out of date" thing is an ad, DO NOT click it. The only thing is, I've tried four remote apps and will never understand why I have to have the pysical remote to turn the TV on. isn't the point of the remote app is to use without the actual remote?

Don't know what they did in this last update but it has completely bricked the app for me. Can't access any menus, hitting any buttons on the remote just pulls up a Black screen, can't connect to my TV etc. Really sucks too because I paid for the full version of the app when it was working and now it's useless

Excellent universal remote that works seemlessly with my Google TV and Android phone. I haven't noticed the ads that other Universal remote reviews complain about. I am so happy not to constantly have to look for my TV remote.
