Ratings and reviews

i am so impressed by just how poorly this fits the job for me. I have an old Merkery bulb and the app can comment, but i cannot remove scenes or automation. Additionally, coloring the light is entirely disabled for the free tier and the automation can just fail so a bulb that is supposed to be off can turn back on again and wake you up in a few hours pissed. For a "smart" app, i have never seen anything so dumb.

immediately upon opening app, you are blasted with paid subscriptions required to use basic product functions. not cheap either, $8 CAD per month. app is incredibly non-intuitive and after tons of trial and error, I have created dozens of tap-to-run "scenes" with seemingly no way to delete them. I've searched Google and tried everything, looks like they are just un-deletable so now I have a ton of scene buttons that I now cannot remove.

was unable to connect any of the jetstream bulbs even after changing my wifi settings it wasn't detected. the app and the product have provided nothing other than wasted time & energy and immense frustration. plus you are required to sign in and provide all of your info so im sure to be getting a whole new batch of spam. if I could give less stars I would.
