Edit: not sure what happened, last night I received an update that fixed the issue below, although the last version is apparently from Feb 18th (today is Feb 28th). If you select the English language and France as region where you live, the app lacks the translation and shows all the untranslated labels, that are not even descriptive enough to make it usable. Given the quality of the Android app one might have concerns about the software running on the car! Good luck!

App much better these days. Had to turn off notifications because when charging it updates me every few minutes. Personal details within the app has an incorrect phone number but when I tried to change it, although it said updated, it was still the incorrect phone number so editing does nothing. The '6' should be a '9'.

A key part of Renault's offering is the Mobilize Charge card and its discounted rates at Ionity. It's really frustrating, then, that it is impossible to subscribe to the offer via the android app. Fails every time. Reported in many forums. Nobody seems to take responsibility for this. My advice is to find a friend with an iPhone as it works fine through that. Hence 1 star. Standard response to reviews seems to be "contact your customer services team" but there's no such thing.
