Ratings and reviews

It wants you to choose your state in a Dropbox selection for your billing info and the box doesn't work. They charged me a "convenience fee" to process paying rent even while paying 2 days early and from a bank account. That fee gets more expensive depending on if you're using bank or card and what type of card. Positive reviews mocking the negative ones lookin fake af. Then it has the audacity to ask me how I'm enjoying the app. I am not. Thanks.

For the most part the app is fine, but it had a glitch that wouldn't allow me to enter the amount needed for my rent. It kept changing $1,379.00 to $137.90. this resulted in underpayment for the rent and then late fee's were added on top because my landlords management team really sucks and they claim everything on the app is fine and it must have been me making the mistake. I tried it multiple times and it did the same thing every time.

Not too keen on the functionality of the app. E.g., at least at my end, I couldn't manually change what I see to be an error in my home address zip code. Secondly, there is not much or anything in the way of statement like receipts of the rent payments paid - in the apps 'Transactions' area. And nothing either has been uploaded by the app's people or by the property manager client of the app - in the 'Documents'area. There could be handy and important documents put in there.
