would give more because the interface is simple and the ability to use this app is pretty straight forward. what I don't enjoy is the inability to partially pay down the balance but instead you have to either pay more than or the same amount as the balance shown. if partial paying was a thing it would be higher.

It's pretty easy to use and way more convenient than sending a money order each month. The one thing is I don't understand that dumb "flexible rent" thing. To be completely honest, it makes no since. The Mexican sense because it lets you make smaller more affordable payments throughout the month but you can just do that yourself by selecting "other amount" and actually taking the 2 minutes to schedule it yourself. Then, you have to pay for that service of them basically reminding you to pay.

Not too keen on the functionality of the app. E.g., at least at my end, I couldn't manually change what I see to be an error in my home address zip code. Secondly, there is not much or anything in the way of statement like receipts of the rent payments paid - in the apps 'Transactions' area. And nothing either has been uploaded by the app's people or by the property manager client of the app - in the 'Documents'area. There could be handy and important documents put in there.
