Adding a convenience fee to every form of payment isn't convenient, it's a rent increase. My property management no longer accepts payments outside of this app/website. Most other digital payment software such as Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo, Paypal, etc. don't have these charges when doing transfers, so I'm going to recommend they switch to another digital banking service.

Hi Dillon, you have reached your property management company's software provider. All charges, including fees and surcharges, are determined by your property manager vs rmResident. Please reach out to your property manager for assistance.

Have constant trouble getting into site to pay. When trying tells me to change password all the time even up on doing that it still tells me to change password again and it just keeps repeating. Tried this yesterday for over 2 hours it would not allow me in. Finally today after being sent another new link it let me in. Only would let me make a certain amount of payment would not let me make more than what I owe for rent. To be able to carry a credit. Very frustrating

Hi Sharon, you have reached your property management company's software provider. Your property management company can assist with any billing related questions, including rent information, as these are set by the rental company, not the app. Please reach out to them directly for assistance.

The app was easy enough to install and set up. Unfortunately, I forgot my passsword and Lastpass didn't catch it. Their password recovery doesen't seem to work. It asks for your email but never sends the recovery email. And, yes, I checked the 'spam' box. So it's kinda useless to me. My address is associated with this account so I can't just set it up again.
