Ratings and reviews

I got set up fine, got to view past payments, was able to fill in future auto payments and saved them. but never saved them ,not able to confirm if will work, since can't find any records of it . I was told to try again ,I did ,5 different times over a week period ,nothing different and not able to get any support from the app or management. what a waste of time!!!!

The processing fees are incredibly high on this. my property manager switched to this the stating. It would be easier for me. It is not easier for me. It is harder and it costs more money. And I think it's robbery that you think that it's okay to charge five dollars to transfer money from an account to an account or ten dollars for a debit card ludacris.

It wants you to choose your state in a Dropbox selection for your billing info and the box doesn't work. They charged me a "convenience fee" to process paying rent even while paying 2 days early and from a bank account. That fee gets more expensive depending on if you're using bank or card and what type of card. Positive reviews mocking the negative ones lookin fake af. Then it has the audacity to ask me how I'm enjoying the app. I am not. Thanks.
