New app instead of an update. Forgot my password because I've been using biometrics for so long. Apparently my account doesn't exist to reset the password on new account. This credit union went to hell since Rev bought them. Update 4/10/24 A new update has logged me out and removed biometric login. Authentication failed and unable to login to the app. Codes sent via text do not show up, yet my phone asks if I want to copy a code that I can't see. REV's software team are incompetent.
