Super unhappy with the services of Revolut. I cannot deposit money on this account in any way, the deposits are not accepted or fail and the option of adding using a card is not available in the app at least for mine. No easy way to get help to solve the problem. Frustrating! Open is easy, but once you have a problem is a nightmare!

It was once good account and application, after some changes it is now useless and annoying. Impossibile to login as their system of security not recognising face, documents, anything, everytime I try login it starts to do security checks again and again ending that you stay without access to your own account! I don't recommend at all.

terrible set up easy on computer but then downloading the app it says passcode is wrong and if I reset the passcode on the computer it still says login failed - wrong passcode - app is diabolical to say the very least. Now sorted by support and the app is fairly good so far - but the photographic set up was still a nightmare and took many many attempts before it eventually worked. hence 3 stars
