Отвратительная поддержка клиентов. Третье лицо завладело доступом к аккаунту, 4 обращения в саппорт, звонки. 0 помощи. Даже не заблокировали счет. По итогу восстановили доступ через 4 дня. Естественно средств нет. Спасибо. И даже после этого поддержка включает непонимание. Как так, я написал сразу как только увидел, что кто-то вломился в мой аккаунт его ДАЖЕ НЕ ЗАБЛОЧИЛИ

Не могу переключить язык на укр. или рус. Написано, что он делает язык, который на устройстве. Но это не так! В приложении сложно найти номер своей карты, вынесите её где-то на видное место пожалуйста. 2. Переслать в Украину деньги не получилось, сначала спрашивали отчество и проживание получателя, томили 2 дня и в итоге просто отменили мою передачу без объяснений. Ужасный сервис кстати

Заблокировали аккаунт с деньгами без каких либо пояснений причин. Техподдержка отвечает только общие фразы, что делают все возможное чтобы как можно быстрее мне помочь. Никаких вопросов, никакой конкретики, что они делают, в чем причина блокировки, когда разблокируют, невозможно добиться. Такое впечатление что ничего не делают, только тянут время. Деньги заблокированы, вывести невозможно. Не рекомендую пользоваться этим банком, потому что можете остаться без ваших денег!
